G-Lock Software: Reaching the Inbox

Follow G Lock Software on :

Dmitry Vladyko, Co-Founder & CTO and Alex Markov, Co-Founder & CEO, G Lock SoftwareDmitry Vladyko, Co-Founder & CTO and Alex Markov, Co-Founder & CEO
On a Saturday afternoon, you may find Alex Markov setting up his camera, trying to find his subject—clouds, a beautiful landscape, a person, the cherry on a sundae, or the ladybug on a flower. As an avid photographer, Markov focuses on a clear, crisp subject and turns it into an artistic sculpture, exhibiting a different style of portraiture, blurring every minute detail in the backdrop. Pursuing the art of observation, Markov excels at finding and capturing beauty in the mundane. “You get the deepest satisfaction from the fact that you could find something beautiful and worthy for the frame in the midst of chaos,” he explains. While engaging with photography cultivates his inner creativity, Markov gets to blow off steam and recharge before taking the helm at his corporation. Photography enables him to see the scene in different ways, in a different light, and from different angles, which also pays off in spades in his business venture, G-Lock Software.

His love for photography fuels his passion for computer programming, wherein he follows the same philosophy to develop innovative, time-saving, and affordable software and commercial applications for businesses. When it comes to dealing with the complexities in the realm of email marketing, Markov, as the Co-Founder and CEO of G-Lock Software, looks through the viewfinder, trying to drop everything that is not necessary, leaving only the moments that will go down in history.

A Solution that fits your Email Marketing Goals

G-Lock Software was born with a singular focus to perfect the strategy of email delivery with the aid of innovative and time-saving email marketing products that all business owners can afford. Specializing in developing email marketing software solutions, G-Lock Software delivers powerful and professional yet easy-to-use software that suits perfectly list management, and processing. While a compelling email program focuses on promoting and selling products and services, companies should ensure that the email messages are delivered to the user’s inbox in the first place. Email marketers can feel the pinch when they send out a marketing email and have only 20 percent of the recipients open it, thereby spiraling up the chances that the emails are in spam. “In addition to measuring email opens and clicks, marketers need tools to determine how the Internet providers around the world treat their message and to know whether it will be delivered to the inbox, spam folder, or will be blocked before reaching the recipient’s mailbox,” says Markov. With an aim to figure out and fix the underlying issue, G-Lock Software assists organizations using email as a successful marketing strategy with a fast, reliable, and cost-effective email marketing solution.

While the utilization of the age-old email marketing is a testimony to businesses’ propensity for gaining more customer intelligence, G-Lock Software develops applications and provides services powered by the latest technologies and components to meet modern standards and requirements of customers. Since the dawn of the email marketing age, G-Lock Software has been streamlining the digital marketing domain by developing software solutions to help marketers create and send email marketing campaigns with a guaranteed inbox delivery promise. “The G-Lock Software solutions assist email marketers in determining and diagnosing email deliverability issues and help them become better senders quicker resulting in better Inbox placement, and better revenue,” adds Markov.

We want to make automated emails collaborative and easy to manage. Our new platform will eliminate the need for developers and programmers to store system email templates and sending accounts in the source code

The Confidence that the Messages Will Reach the Inbox

An ‘email changing software,’ G-Lock’s exclusive toolset allows users to gain full control over their email campaigns, get real-time email analytics, diagnose email deliverability problems, and improve their inbox placement rate. The uniqueness of the software stems from its ability to consolidate email templates, email messages, contact lists, and more in one place without sharing data with any third-party databases of email service providers. G-Lock EasyMail7, in-house email marketing software for Windows helps users to create and deliver personalized emails to customers, test inbox placement, and detect potential delivery issues. It can be used by companies with strict data security policies that do not allow customer data sharing onto third-party, cloud-based services as well as by small to medium size businesses, marketing, and sales professionals who are looking to have full control over their email messages, contact lists, autoresponders, email delivery, and reputation.

In conjunction with this, the company offers a web-based email spam testing service called G-Lock Apps, which allows the users to do live tests and see how different email service providers and spam filters treat their email messages and where they place them: inbox, spam, or promotions tab. This tool also tests the sender authentication records, IP address, email spam score, and delivery time to provide actionable insights on how to fix the existing issues and improve open rates.

When it comes to email testing, the company does not run a simple keyword test. “We provide the list of real test email addresses and the user needs to send the message to the test list using their email system like they normally do it. The report gives the real-time picture of how spam filters treated the message and where different mailbox providers put it,” explains Markov.

To further assist marketers and senders monitor their email campaigns, the company offers G-Lock Analytics, a real-time email tracking service that assists email marketers in measuring the performance of their email campaigns. It can track email opens, clicks, prints, forwards, and unsubscribe, enabling the users to brand their tracking links with their domain and make them look friendlier to the recipients.

Bridging the Market Gap

With G-Lock Software, the users are not limited to one email provider or server but can maintain as many sending accounts using their mail servers or SMTP settings of delivery services, and harness controlled email deliverability within their existing systems. Unlike other email service providers, the company never charges the users for the number of sent email messages per day or month and delivers innovative and time-saving software products at an affordable budget.

G-Lock Software’s time-savings, scalability, and delivery expertise powers remarkable businesses and email marketing professionals across the globe. Markov recalls how Ian Brodie, a consultant from The Rainmaker Academy, was overwhelmed with the performance of G-Lock Software. In a blog post, Brodie mentions a nightmare scenario for any email marketer wherein he wrote an email for his subscribers and shot off a test email to himself only to find out that the email never reached his inbox. While the emails reached his Gmail promotions tab, Brodie figured it out that Gmail looks for the relevance of an email by its content. The app focuses on words and phrases that indicate if an email is spam or contains promotional content.
With G-Lock Software, he was able to check the placement of his emails by setting up test email addresses on Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook.com and other common email services. He could tweak his emails if needed before sending out to a list of email addresses provided by G-Lock Software. The company also monitors the inbox placement of emails sent and reports it to the user. It also gives them a summary of their server’s sender reputation and the results of passing their email through various spam filters.

In its decade-long experience in email marketing, G-Lock Software has acquired a large network of affiliates and collaborations, which includes many small and medium-size businesses, marketing, and sales professionals. One of its clients, the Shopping Cart Elite uses a unique, web-based version of G-Lock EasyMail7 to make email marketing easier for its users. Furthermore, the Amazon SES service has also integrated with G-Lock, which allows users to deliver email campaigns from a customized program interface quickly.

The Best Workplace Reap Benefits

G-Lock Software’s culture has earned the same reputation as it has for its innovative solutions. A workplace that focuses on employee recognition and is dedicated to making customers happy, all fit in with the G-Lock Software’s approach to company culture. “My vision of the business process is that everyone understands what they are working for. Nothing can make employees as happy as understanding what they are doing and what for. Their opinions are heard and appreciated and when people know that they are respected, their efficiency increases,” says Markov.

The team practices a collaborative relationship with the customers. Following a seamless on boarding process, clients walk through their trial period wherein the G-Lock team works hand in hand with them to navigate them through the program features and functionalities, both pre-and after-sales. Added to that, the customer’s feedback, feature requests, and suggestions are welcomed to make the products easier to use and more practical for everyone from beginners to advanced users. “To meet the needs of our customers, we have taken our business model to a new level by providing complementary products to buyers at a cheaper price or including another service in the software for free. We have a flexible license model and often create custom packages at the buyer’s request,” he adds.

The company is now developing a platform for sending templated emails to make it easy for product teams to manage automated emails being sent to their customers. With the new platform, users will be able to remove their templates from the source code and will be able to create and edit email content without relying on developers or deploying code.

“We want to make automated emails collaborative and easy to manage. Our new platform will eliminate the need for developers and programmers to store system email templates and sending accounts in the source code. Developers will be able to integrate their projects with our system via API and use our new platform to store, send, manage, and update automated templates and sending accounts in real time without ever updating the code,” continues Markov.

Another focus of G-Lock Software is the integration of G-Lock Apps and G-Lock Analytics in one service, to provide a centralized place for the users where all the data, email tracking, and spam testing services are available on the go. If your business is all about sending emails to the inbox, then G-Lock Software can be your best bet. The company takes charge to ensure email deliverability—the most important metric for your email program’s success—is done right.
